transfering pictures from cellphone(samsung sph m330) to pc...problem?

my phone has been canceled i did not pay my bill...lol i wanted to transfer the pictures to my computer. how do i do it. i plugged it in and it said found new hardware and is ready to use but i do not know what to do next...or am i doing something wrong

Did you plug it in with a USB cord? And does your PC have bluetooth? Windows?? (Vista or XP?) Please get back to me on this. I really think I can help you out. But if you plugged it in with USB, what usually happens is if you wait a few seconds after you have plugged it in, a few options will appear up on your screen. but sometimes they don't so you could either click in the middle of the screen, and options should pop up right then, or a few seconds after you've clicked it, OR at the bottom where it says Found new hardware, try clicking on that. I also have a SPH-m330 and I am having the same problem. I do not have a cord but I do have bluetooth on my computer. I tried to connect and it did sync, but when I went to send a ringtone or a picture for a wallpapper it says that "The connection is not honored". I dont know what this means. Please help.
