Should I get a Pantech Slate, Duo, matrix, ATT quickfire, Tilt, or Samsung Propel?

hello all. I plan on getting a new phone within the month. I want to get a phone with a QWERTY keypad. Of the phones listed. I am looking for the cheapest possible but the phone being good quality.

My price limit is $100. I want to spend less than that if possible

I'm getting the Propel for Christmas. :] & I think those are buy one, get one free.
If you but your phone with a 2 year contract, that takes away from the cost. From what I've seen, all the phones you're looking at EXCEPT the Tilt run at about $80. [the Tilt runs at $100]
