samsung a117 problem!!!!!!?

i have a samsung a117 and i was going though it when it went it SKU mode, it's blocking me form getting into my phone, i can only make emergancy calls(911). what does SKU mean and how do i cut it off?

not sure, call your network provider from a landline for advice.

that's the equivalent of our PUK (Pin Unlocking Key). you need to contact your network provider and ask them for it.
