Paper isn't being pulled into samsung ml-2010r when asked to print?

Then a red light comes on in the error lamp instead of the usual green one.

I have had this printer for three months, and didn't use it in the last month - it was in storage while I was away from university. Now it's doing this paper-blocking thing, and the troubleshooting says it's a paper jam when it most definitely isn't.

Looks like the ink is Empty or it may have a fault from being dropped or somthing take it to a Technician and get it checked because it may be damaged
