okk. i have an mp3 player that is full. and it says to delet songs, but when i open the device program to delete songs, it says to connect it. but it is in the usb.?
its full, and i wanna delete songs to add songs i like.

megan have you tried to delete each file manually by clicking on each music file you don't wish to keep and press delete button
