Samsung YP-U2J won't connect to PC?

I have a samsung mp3, model YP-U2JQB. I had pressed the reset button because it said my mp3 was almost full, but I knew this was wrong. When I turned it back on it gave me a correct ammount of data I had left, but wouldn't connect to the media player. It still charges and says it's connected, but it's not.

Question samsung yp-t7j is not recognized by computer

The problem is caused by the MP3 drivers, you may want to download and install the most current drivers for your MP3 player from the Samsung Customer Support website.

Downloading the MP3 Drivers
To download the MP3 drivers, follow these steps:

Print this page.
Note: Following these directions will close this page and take you to Samsung Support.

Click here to go to the Samsung Manuals and Drivers support web page.
Enter the model number of your MP3 player into the Enter Model Number or Name field, and then click Go. The Search Results page appears.
Click the model number listed under the title Audio and Video. The Manuals & Drivers page appears.
Click the file name listed under the word Description. The File Download dialog appears.
Click Save. The Save As dialog appears.
Navigate to the folder you want to download the file into, and then click Save.
Installing the MP3 Drivers
To install the most current drivers, follow these steps:

Important: Before you begin, make sure you have WinZip installed.

Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder in which the drivers are stored.
Double click the zipped driver file. WinZip appears displaying the archived files in the zipped driver file.
Find, and then double click Setup.exe. WinZip launches the setup wizard for the drivers.
When the Confirm Uninstall dialog appears, click Yes. The wizard uninstalls the old drivers, and then the Maintenance Complete message appears.
Note: You must uninstall the old drivers before you can install the new drivers.

Click Finish. The Wizard closes.
Re-open or restore WinZip, and then double click Setup.exe again. The Install Wizard opens.
Follow the instructions in the Wizard to install the drivers.
