Nami

My T-10 went with me to the dentist to get my wisdom tooth extracted. When they were done, it was no longer working. It had been on previously. There is no music playing, just a bit of normal feedback. The screen is black. The buttons are lit and blink like normal if I press them. I had just charged it when I left, so the battery was full (or almost). I plugged it in again when I got home, but the device did nothing. Tried turning it off/on but this does nothing even if I hold it a bit.

Short: The screen is black, but buttons blink when touched. It doesn't seem to respond to anything I do.
I'm rather confused. This seemed to happen randomly. I believe the device is still under warranty, so if I can't fix it will probably be replaced anyway but... i really do love this thing.
