ive had this phone for 3months now. actually its the 3rd one ive had over the 3months. it keeps resetting itself all the time just for no reason. and it freezes alot. when ever i take it 2 a shop they just reset it, but i can't keep doing that all the time coz i end up losing all the info on my phone. HELP!!!!
im also on contract, so not sure they will let me just exchange it coz didn't take out insurance.
