Samsung u600 - help?

My screen has died on my samsung u600 and i need to transfer all my docs to my computer but i send it back. Because i cant see the screen i cant set it up to transfer on my computer.

if anybosy has this phone could you give me a step my step BLIND instruction so i can transfer all the docs please.
