I bought a Samsung Slimfit TX-T2082 SDTV and have noticed some flickering in the picture. The flickering is kind of like some slight unsteadiness in the picture that occurs mainly when a scene cuts from a bright picture to a darker one. The kind you see in old, classic movies. The intensity of the flicker varies depending on the picture. The flickering is present on all sources: HD channels, Component mode and Composite mode. I thought maybe it was a weak power supply or dirty power, so I bought a power conditioner and it didn't resolve the problem.

I tried calling Samsung and they want me to lug that TV set over to their repair place, which is not an easy task and they may not even fix the problem too, knowing these crazy warranties. There may not even be any defect on the TV, maybe all TX-T2082's have that issue.

For all of you who own the Samsung Slimfit TX-T2082, do any of you experience flickering? Also, do any of you know what the cause is and how I can go about fixing it?
