is this code the same for all the sgh a737 phones? because mine has locked me out... what do i do??? or where and how do i get my puk code?

No. The puk code has to do with the sim card (unique to each number). If you can't find the sim pack that you got with your phone just call up your server and tell them what happened.
They'll give you the puk.
