I just got a Samsung SCH-U740 phone from Verizon Wireless last week, and the battery seems to be weak (after charging for the entire night, one day of use used 1/2 the battery power). I know the more it is used, the more the battery will decrease, but this is a brand new phone that seems to have issues with the battery life. Is this normal with this type of phone, or should I look into getting a new battery?
ya thats normal. I have this phone too and the battery gets wasted after using the phone for a day. This is basically how the phone works and it is not just because it is brand new. Besides that the phone has great features and you will definitely be happy with it!

and my battery life is also drained all the time.
i herd that texting will do the trick, like that it drains it really bad!!
im just going to buy another batter and have it as a back up, becuase there really isnt anything to do about it..
