    Samsung RFG299AARS ice maker working slow?

    we have recently purchased a Samsung RFG299AARS french door refrigerator! and we love it it's very spacious and seems to be in perfect working order except for one little thing the ice maker is very slow it cannot keep up with our demand and we have let it get full but it just gets emty and took forever too fill back up our old fridge was full all the time we dont use too much ice there is only four of us does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed it up??? (oh yeah and i checked and there is no fast ice function on the fridge!)

    MIght be a water supply issue, line may have got kinked during install or something simple to that affect that isn't allowing enough water to get in for every cycle.
