Samsung Rant Picture Mail Freeze Problem?
I have a Samsung Rant and thus far its worked fine (i've only had it a couple of months). Today my boyfriend sent me a picture and when I got to my Picture Mail Inbox to view it, it blinked black, froze the phone up, then returned to the main screen. This has continued to happen despite shutting my phone down for a couple hours, doing a software update and cleaning the memory card.
Is this an issue with the phone or the memory card (im guessing the phone). How do I fix this? I have insurance on my phone, should I just go into Best Buy and have them issue me a new one?
