i just bought a new samsung messager phone. my friend bluetoothed me a few songs and now when i try to access my ringtones, my phone shuts down. is there a way to reset my phone and start completely over?

yes, go to the settings and look for phone memory,, find the ringtone option and erase what he sent u,,i have this problem sometimes,, i use bluetooth to fix it but if u dont know how then its to complicated to go into that
