Samsung LA37B530 vs. Toshiba regza 40cv550?

hello

which one of these is better:

Toshiba Full HD 40"CV550 /2 years warranty. the best price is $1250

Samsung series 5 Full HD 37" B530 / 1 Year warranty. the best price $1250

So, which one is worth to buy ? and is toshiba has the same PQ as samsung?

any help would be appreciated.
