i just bought a samsung j700 on ebay the sim card is locked with vodafone as the network provider i want to change it to O2 does anybody know how to do this

Yes you can change to O2 provider..Before that you have to unlock your mobile.I found the unlocking solution for your mobile here http://www.wickedunlock.com/samsung-j700/rs11wp9 .With the help of this you can unlock your mobile easily.
