Thread: Samsung Glyde Recall?

Ok , I went to a verizon store today to get the new glyde and when I told the sales person he said that their was a recall on it because of the touch screen, which iv heard dont work good sometimes but I went on the internet and I can't find anything about it. I just want to know if like the salesperson was lieing because he didn't have any or if this is just wish full thinking, thanks

I'm sure he's not lying; a sales person is there to sell products, not turn people away from them. I'd suggest looking in a few other shops. I'd also suggest looking for a different phone; touch screens do not always work properly, or generally muck up quite a bit.
