I have had a Samsung E900 since middle of August 07...about 7 or 8 months ago...i dropped it in October and nothing happened to it... it worked fine until the beginning of March when it froze and wouldn't do anything at all (turn off turn on etc) So i took the battery out and put it back in and turned it on...the screen came up saying "Enter pin" so i entered my pin number but none of the characters came up on the screen when i pressed them on the keypad the box stayed blank...so i took the battery out again and turned it back on (it didn't turn off again) and again i couldn't enter the pin number...i've tried charging it connecting it to the computer and nothin happens...it just freezes...Is there anything i can do? I've rung virgin mobile up and they're sending a replacement...i was just wondering because i'd like to get my photos and videos from my phone
