Thread: samsung e370 . . .?

My little brother was given my mums old phone to use but it's stopped working and when you turn it on it says 'phone freezed' and then says 'enter password'.
It was originally on the virgin network but he put his O2 sim into it and it's since then it won't work.
Any ideas what the password would be or where we could find it?

I have now tried 0000 and 12345 and the PUK code and none of them are working. It just keeps saying phone freezed. Any other ideas?

either 12345 or 0000 or its locked you out and you need a PUK code to release it..You need to ring your service provider for this.
