Samsung E250 problem?

I have bought a Samsung E250 ealier on this week, it has been fine until last night. No longer can i receive text messages or calls. I can send texts and phone out. But when someone rings me in jsut says, "the phone is switched off" and it is'nt and i cant receive texts either. Please help

it sounds like water damage take it to your local mobile shop they will send it away for testing

yh i had that i think samsung have connection problems at the momet tumurrow it will probally be fine because myne is fine now
