i just got the samsung mesmerize, but i need help.

i set up my yahoo email address on the phone, but i need to also add my school email address. i found out where to go on the phone to set it up, but it is asking me what kind of account it is? (pop3, imap, exchange). i tried selecting them all but nothing worked. any ideas on what the heck i am supposed to do??
