Thread: Samsung BDC6500 bluray player problem?

got one of these yesterday, got it all connected up etc, playing a disk it then froze and unfroze at Random points and sometimes the disk would stop and player would go back to player main screen, took it back today, got another one and same happened again after about 1 and a half hours of playing a film, both machines were firmware upgraded, the first on had the problem before the upgrade and still done it after the upgrade, anyone had similar problems with this or any other samsung players ?

I have exactly the same problem. I have upgraded the firmware, but the machine just freezes when playing blue ray disk or even watching YouTube online.
Has anybody successfully fixed this issue?
