I have the Silver Alias from Verizon. I had a 1 GB memory card to hold my music on the phone & it worked fine the whole time I've had it.
I recently got a 4 GB micro SD.
I tried formatting it according to the manual, but when I try to format it to the phone, it says "FORMAT FAILED." Help?

4 GB is way too much for the phone to handle. Try 2 GB first
