Ok so my good ol' buddy has a samsung a737 slider phone and for some reason, her phone can't vibrate anymore, her settings are the way they should be, so is there a way to solve this problem?

and another question, she wants to know if you can hang keychains or things like that on the phone, i told her no but if there is a way then kindly explain how.
