I bought a Samsung 42 in HGTV about 2 years ago...last August It went out. After calling samsung...they had a third party call me...the guy on the phone said to take a look at my tv would cost 90.....(without even taking a look at my tv he said a part would prb cost between 0-0) and the service change would be about 5. I paid 2100 for the tv...but now the tv is worth1/2 that. Last August the tv was just over a year old....out of warranty. It makes me sick to think that a tv that expensive went out so quickly...and to fix it would cost almost as much as a new one now!!!! I have written samsung many letters (since last August), tried calling back...and they have been unresponsive. I could have been a very valuable customer. Does anyone have any advice? I don't know what to do. I don't know if I want to pay for my tv to get fix...as I could buy a new one for the price!!!! I am so frusterated!!!!
