does anyone know if you can put songs from your computer eg(usb cable, itunes) onto the samsung u600 please

its an mp3 phone.. i don't own one but i reallyyy wanted one. (had it in my hands at a mall and they showed me some features lol...) there shud be a way to get the songs on there though. if it has a memory stick, the memory stick's usually the easiest way to get songs on there. itunes definitely wont do it.
