PUK disabled samsung E900?

my pin was locked, then i had entered the wrong PUK code, now it says PUK disabled. card blocked on the screen..i tried simlock codes on other websites i looked on ..all it does is restarts the phone then it makes a wierd noise..how do i enable the PUK for my samsung E900????
any codes?
