Thread: Problem with Music on Samsung Alias (u-740)?

I put several songs on a memory card gthrough a memory card reader, but only about half appear on the phone. Why is this? Can I get them all on the phone?

there are a few reasons they may not show up

make sure they are mp3 or wma files
make sure the file names are not more than 32 characters
when you put your card in your card reader make sure are you putting the songs in the my music folder
and if you are putting them in the my music folder make sure the song is in the folder and that it is not trying to create other folders to sort the songs by artist or album or something

if these things don't work you can call 1-800-922-0204 and option 3 for vzw tech support
