Thread: Is this a problem alot of samsung phones have?? PLEASE HELP!!?

ok so i have a helio heat which is a samsung phone, and last night while i was talking to my friend, my phone just turned off and reset itself. i was thinkin that it would be fine after that, but while the phone was loading it blacked out and reset itself again! it has been that way still and will not fully start!! i have tried numerous times to take the battery out then put it back in but that didnt work either, so i tried to leave the battery out and just load it with my charger but it had the same result! i have heard similar stories about samsungs restarting like this. is this a device glitch? also, do you think i should just get a new phone or try to fix it??
the bad thing about this phone is that it doesn't have a memory card, so if i get it fixed do you think all the stuff on my phone will still be there??

my phone was no where near water so it didnt malfunction because of that.
