Where do I get flashplayer for my Samsung Galaxy S/Captivate (ATT name for it)?

I have the Captivate from AT&T. I have been to many sites that say I need flashplayer. So I go to the market and there is nothing there. I have been seeing some sites advertising that flashplayer 10 will soon be available. At this point I don't care if it's the most current version or not. I can't access a bunch of sites because I am without it.
I need either a link to an explanation how to get it or a link that I can access with my phone to download it directly. First answer that I can follow to get it onto my phone gets all the stars.
