Thread: PLEASE HELP!! Samsung gravity cell phone question.?

I got the samsung gravity yesterday by mail. i noticed when i text, some of the buttons don't work! like h, j, z, x, c, and v. I don't think it's on a weird setting or anything. I also checked the user manual to see if there was anything. Are the buttons broke or something? has this happened to anyone else before? If i take it to a tmobile store will they replace it or fix it at no cost? because it was like that from when i first opened it and put my SIM card in.

It depends on where you got the phone from. If you got it form T-Mobile, just go to a store and they will replace it, providing that you did not get it wet or there are signs of gouges or the like on the phone. You can also call them if you want and they will ship one to you. Now if you bought it from someone and it's still within the one year warranty period, you can file a claim with Samsung, making sure you do not tell them you bought it from from random person. Either case, I would definitely get a working one.
