It also comes up with a message saying: Please Wait which eventually goes away, and then comes back. Please help!I have tried:-Charging it-Takeing out the battery for 4 hours-Ringing it-Holding the power keyAND NOTHING WORKS.It just freezes with the first screen that comes up, before it even asks me for my PIN.

i have heard of that happening before. if its less than a year old call samsung tech help for advice. 0870 7267864
