My card, ATI 5870, can support HD resolution 1920 x 1080 and i have a 32"

full HD Samsung TV.? My card, ATI 5870, can support HD resolution 1920 x 1080 and i have a 32" full HD Samsung TV. when i go into the catalyst control center and choose my resolution it doesn't give me the option to use 1920 x 1080. I am connecting my TV to my computer with an HDMI cable but it still does not work. when i force it to go to 1920 x 1080 it looks horrible and it does not fit on the screen. The image is cut off. And when i tried to play crysis i can only play on 1360 x 768 (my current resolution for everything) and i want to play it on 1920 x 1080. Is it my TV that doesn't support it or can i fix this somehow?

It's been awhile since I've been in Catalyst control center, but I'm pretty sure the option you need to adjust is in the advanced settings labeled overscan or underscan.

Once found, you should be able to set the over/underscan value to 0 and then change the res to 1920x1080 without it looking bad.
