For the Juke it seems to have dual memory (two different memory slots). One in which has music and the other holds ringtones, pictures, messages, and recent calls. The music slot is comptable with my desktop via USB cable, but everything else is isolated in the other unaccesable slot. So how would I be able to get my pics onto my desktop?

install the software(CD) of samsung juke in your computer then it can read all the files in your juke.
