Thread: how to import pictures from my cell phone, samsung convoy to my computer?

I've connected it with the usb cord, and it shows up when I open 'My Computer' as a portable device, but the only allows me to view my music and playlists under my external memory card. It does not allow me to view my pictures which are also on the external memory card.

When you look into the memory card, what folders do you see?

Did you ever set your phone to save the pictures to the card rather than internal memory?

I have a different Samsung phone - try this.

settings & tools ---> memory --> phone memory

You will then be shown the pictures that are on your phone's internal memory. You will have the option to move them to your card memory. Once you've done that, you should be able to see the pictures when browsing the card onyour PC.
