My rant is stuck in the lock screen every time I turn it on.. It goes to the "dial" screen when I type number, but when I try to go the main menu it freezes... I cant get to anything other than my contacts other than by calling voice mail( it wont let me add more than one number and voice mail is speed dial 1)it lets me receive texts but i cant respond... but I tried turning it off taking out the battery and such.. . can any one help before I return it?
