you have two options that are simple. 1st, your micro sd card should have come with an adapter that you can insert the micro version into a normal sized one. if you have a card reader compatible with sd cards, you can simply insert the card into the card reader and connect the reader to your pc. once you have done this, go to the files within your computer and copy the ones your want onto your phone. I don't know anything about the j700 but most newer phones will have files on the sd card labeled music, video, pictures, audio and the likes. copy the files into their corresponding folder.
your second option is to connect the phone directly to the pc via a usb cable made for your phone. a common example of this is connecting a 5 prong usb cord to the computer and to a razor. once you do this, you can copy the files from you computer and paste them into the desired folder.
A final, less common option is (if your phone has bluetooth) buy a bluetooth router that connects to your computer where you can send files from your computer to the phone via the bluetooth wireless connection. I hope this helps
