Thread: help with a samsung hdtv!?

i have a samsung full hdtv connected to the cable, it is standard cable with time warner, the problem is that i im getting a lot of channecls called dtv cable, well alot of them look real good but theres tons of them were no image is show just audio comes out and even like a sound icon is shown in the tv, is there anything to do so i could watch the rest of the channels if yes please help me i already call to coustumer service buth they could not help me.
