I have a Samsung Alias. I was wondering like when I text or call people or I get a call the name doesn't show up.Is there any way i can get the names to show up?

it sounds like a malfunction in the software. call verizon at 1 800 922 0204 and if you are eligible, you can recieve a free replacement in the mail
