I have a samsung galaxy rush smart phone and i downloaded skype but when i go to my friends number it doesnt give me the video chat option. I know the phone can support it and my phone has both front and back camara's that ate working.... its driving me nuts i would like to keep in touch with my family and friends since i just moved out of state.
