Thread: does anyone else have a problem with the alarm clock on the metro samsung r410?

whenever i try to set an alarm clock on this phone it wont let me. it will let me go and name the alarm and select the time and settings, but when i go and push save, the phone message pops up and says, NOT SAVED! how is this possible? and does anyone know how to fix it or is my phone just broken

Its broken ive had mines for about 6 months and thats something i love aout the phone the three different alarms.
You need to get a refund
