I've never used the Cingular 8125 and was curious if it was better than my Samsung BlackJack.

I don't have the BlackJackII, I have the first BlackJack.
Depends on your needs. The 8125 is an older device but a more powerful device as it has a touch screen. Not to mention the fact that is has more features like wi-fi and a larger community. The BJII is a easier device to use(it has not touch screen) and it is more compact also. The BJII is also said to a slightly better call quality and is running WM6 standard. With the 8125 you have to install some 3rd party roms, some of which are very good, to run Wm6 or the newer 6.1.
