I hav a problem in using the camera on my Samsung J700 phone. Every time I go to use the camera it says 'preview error'. I have tried resetting the factory settings on the phone and I have also turned the phone off and removed the battery and retried but still it won't work. I have searched online and seen that the problem is quite common0n but I still cant find a way to fix it :S. I have two of these phones but only one has gone like this. Any one else have any suggestions or know how to solve the problem please help.

I have had the phone over a year so I don't think it will be any help if I try to take it back to the shop as it will be out of warranty.
