Will a Rogers sim card work in an AT&T phone?

Or is there any other company it could fit in? For example T-Mobile?

Or could I get an unlock code and unlock it for Rogers?

    Need this answered ASAP!
    Or a Verizon?

    (Thats just another example)

Hi no rogers sim card can't be used in the phone which is locked with AT&T until you unlock it .You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Mobile-Unlocker.com they are providing unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ...You first check that whether the code is available for your mobile model ,country and network provider ..If yes then pay for it and unlock your phone then freely use it with any GSM sim..
