...get a internet plan? When I go anywhere but the home page it asks me if I want an unlimited 1 day browsing for 1$ or a monthly plan when all I want is to use pay per use and it wont let me get passed that page?

It's there for a reason. That's because you don't have a data plan. If you keep doing that without a plan, you're going to ring up the bill like crazy. Just go with the $1 plan. That's the best deal.
