Rogers Wireless picture messaging problems?

I used to be able to receive picture messages on my phone from any carrier, but within the last 2 weeks or so, I can only receive messages from other Rogers customers. Would there be any reason for this, and does anyone know how I could fix it? The Rogers website doesn't offer any help to this problem.
