Rogers Wireless GPS Free?

I just upgraded my phone to the Blackberry Curve 8310, my provider is Rogers. It take FOREVER to get through to anybody at Rogers....so does anybody know if it's free to use and activate the GPS on the phone or do you need a plan? and if so for how much?
