Rogers WAP information on Nokia 6300?

I have a Nokia 6300 phone, but without any of the WAP information on it. I am currently on contract with Rogers, and if possible, would like someone to post the steps required to get it working again (Access point, packet data).

I have also checked the Nokia site for sending me the WAP information by text, but even after doing that, it didn't work, with the possibility of me doing something wrong.

If anyone has the information I can put in, and what to do, that would be great
