Rogers HD PVR for free?

I have been told representatives at customer relations at Rogers give away a two-year subscription to the HD PVR (normally 24.95/month) if you threaten them with switching to Bell or just get angry about their service.

Has anyone heard of or done this? If so, which representative did you speak to? I am thinking of trying it out. Let me know what you think.
